The present perfect continuous/progressive tense tells us about the action that started in the past and continues in present.
Have been waiting means (Started waiting in past and is still waiting in present)
Has been living means (Started living in the past and is still living in present)
Structure of Present Perfect Continuous Tense:
Affirmative/Positive Sentence
Subject + Has/Have + been + 1st form of verb + ing + Object + since/for + (Period or Point of time)
Negative Sentence
Subject + Has/Have + not + been + 1st form of verb + ing + Object + since/for + (Period or Point of time)
Interrogative Sentence
