Present Indefinite Tense Formula:
As there are two structures in the present indefinite tense so there are two different formulas for this tense. The present indefinite tense formula is subject + verb +s/es + object. The other formula is subject + verb +object.
Uses of present indefinite tense:
1. To talk about repeated actions
Repeated Actions can be either habits or routines.
Habits: I sleep early.
Routine: I take tea in the morning.
2. To talk about permanent actions or things staying the same for long
